I purchased a Samsung phone M300 through Sprint as an upgrade, got the phone, seemed to work okay, but whenever I turn it off and plug in to charge, all texts are erased, even the locked ones. Savanna, a "supervisor", at Samsung agrees this is a Samsung defect in the phone, but in order to even have it looked at, I have to mail it to them in Texas, AT MY EXPENSE, and they will keep it 10-14 working days, not counting weekends or holidays, and too bad if I am without my phone. They said I could ask Sprint to give me a "loaner", but Sprint is not obligated to do so and per Sprint, they don't know why Samsung even suggested it to me.
Samsung turns out defective products to unsuspecting consumers, and when there is OBVIOUS techincal problem in their phone, they refuse to stand behind their product. What a joke and rip off to people. If I had dropped the stupid thing i would understand, but this is a software issue in their product.
BEWARE - do not buy a Samsung cell phone ever. They will not stand behind their crappy product and don't care one way or the other about it.
