Bought a tablet made by Samsung through Sprint about 8 months ago. Started calling Samsung technical support in second month of ownership with freezing problem. After talking to support for several months and doing everything told to do they finally requested I mail it into them. I did that 3 separate times and tablet is still freezing. Also I am paying Sprint for air time that I never get to use and have a 2 yr. Contract on this. Sprint says because I did not purchase the extra warranty with them I should just deal with it and keep paying them for the rest of the 2 years left on the airtime. Samsung says manufacturer warranty is only for repairs but Sprint could call them and they would have warranty for a replacement since they bought it from them but Sprint refuses to do that.
