I purchased a Samsung phone from Sprint.
After about 8 months the plastic broke up near the hinge due to an engineering defect. The device in the hinge that 'clicks' when you open and close the phone is too aggressive for the plastic that surrounds it and a hairline crack developed, and over time fully broken.
Samsung sent me the phone back unrepaired with no phone calls or anything. I called and they said an automated machine called me at least 3 times, this is complete BS. Samsung said the defect was "cosmetic or indicative of 'abuse' to the phone", again, complete BS.
I'll never buy another Samsung product and will tell everyone I know that they shoudl avoid Samsung as well - Samsung sucks.
