I own a Samsung refrigerator and its compressor packed up 1 month to the day after the warranty expired. I attempted to get some help from Samsung but they are not interested in even listening to me.
I feel they can at least offer to pay for the compressor and I will pay the labour for the repair that was quoted at $700.00 (including compressor)
As long as one buys a product from a manufacturer they do not care what happens afterwards. What can we as consumers do to get better service from manufactures that needs us to buy their products.
This was the last Samsung product I will ever purchase.
