Very bad warranty and after sales support

I've read many grievances about that AC organization from various nations. Well, I'd prefer to reveal for you my knowledge with this particular company. And take note this is occurring in the nation where its principal department is. The Philippines.

Last March, I bought a-2 Toner Split-Type air-condition for my workplace. It got them nearly fourteen days to set up the stated device before ultimately having the ability to make it work.

Last September of the year, significantly less than 8-month after, the AC device created an issue. I documented it for their approved support device and on September 22 it had been examined and identified by their specialist. Evidently the compressor product conked out.
