Purchased a new panasonic 50 inch plasma -1080 (PZ700U), which is listed correctly on invoice... Received a 50 inch plasma - 720 (px75U) which is an older model. Just by chance, realized the television we have is not the same as we paid for... Called HH Greg and they have told me they will look into... This has been going on for over 2 1/2 weeks, they even suggested they would have someone come out to verify... They never showed, and my wife stayed home from work! I have asked for the regional manager telephone number, and they refuse to provide...
Bottom line is I want the televion I paid for and do not want to hear about how the "computer shows the correct product was pulled from inventory, etc" Bottom line is I don't care - come out and see for yourself, but when you do have the correct television with you!!!
