I purchased a 50 inch LG plasma television in 06. I also purchased an exended warranty. 5 months ago the television went out and I had the Geek Squad repair it in my home. It went out again December 24. I have been fighting with the Geek Squad to get a repair on this and have seen nothing short of incompetence and lack of customer service. They have cancelled service companies, not returned calls and even hung up on me. All they can say is please wait. I will never buy from Best Buy again!
