Ought plasma TV 42PF7220A/37B on July 09.
From day one this tv has an issue, half of screen (bottom part go dark) go off every 10-20 minutes.
Contact Philips, they gave me repair company (Torrance), which keep telling me, im too far from them.
After waisting 10 days, with that company, i contacted Philips again, they gave me new
repair company (Calabasas (close to my home, they took tv in 2 days, and keep it for a month. After that they return tv with exactly same problem, nothing changed. Contact Philips, they didnt see if last company did repaire or not.
They took tv for a second time. Contacted Philips again-no help either.
I bought that TV 4 months ago, and 3 months its in repair. NEVER BUY TV from Philips,
their service is weak, service centers and etc.
Just read post one more time, and think, if you want to go thru same problems.
