Will not replace a New Plasma TV 50 inch TH-50PZ850U after 4 weeks, they want to change out the Plasma Tube (BASICALLY WHOLE TV IN ITSELF)

I bought a New Panasonic Plasma TV MODEL NUMBER TH-50PZ850U. I paid $3000 US dollars for it. After approximately 4 weeks the TV had a vertical dead black line through it and stopped working. Panasonic took the TV and said the Plasma Tube has to be replaced. They will not have this part until August. I bought this TV to watch the Olympics. I guess I will not be able to now. I asked them to replace it with a New TV because I was told that if a TV needs a new Plasma Tube it is basically a new TV anyway. I do not trust them to fix this Lemon to factory specs. I am very disapointed in Panasonic. Shame on you! Please do not buy their Plasma TV's. They do not have a concierge customer service as they claim. Beware!!!
