Purchased a 50 inch Samsung plasma TV on 8-07-08, purchased the extended warranty as well. Total bill $2,300. TV went bad on 11-30-08. HH GREGG told me to call the 800 number they gave me to have the TV fixed.
Electro-sound (repair shop) came to my house to repair the TV, and unable to get parts for it to finish the job.
Samsung referred me to another repair shop which they can not get parts as well. HH GREGG told me they will not exchange the TV. Samsung keeps giving me the run around. As of 1-16-09 "I still have no TV. (47 days)
I have called Electro - sound about 12 times
I have 5 different transaction numbers from Samsung
I have 8 calls to HH Gregg
I am lost as what to do besides small claims court, any help would be appreciated..
