Dumb ass Geek Squad agents!

Bestbuy - Century Blvd, Pittsburg, California

I Randy, purchased a XBOX360 for my boy on 6/14/07 from Bestbuy, used to do not choose the warranty that Bestbuy provided. My boy began to described the XBOX might freeze during activities. Therefore we went and purchased back again to Bestbuy on 7/6 to possibly trade it or reimbursement. Required it as much as the Return Table and was informed from the worker this 1 of the Geek Squad employees needed to view it??? They'd us delay plus one of the so-call broker arrived around and required the XBOX towards the back and he returned a few moments later and stated that the Microsoft label behind the face-plate was absent and they won't have the ability to trade or reimbursement??? What gives??? Can this know-nothing broker take away the face-plate before us??? I or my boy did not actually understand there is a label behind the face-plate... They went and got their supervisor and all he explained was U are gonna need to consider this up with Microsoft... I truly believe that they did a baitandswitch on-US... Plus it was purchased back prior to the thirty days return interval is up... I'm today out 400.00 and thus frustrated as of this perspective which was proven... I'd never store at Bestbuy... Or have their dumbass Geek Squad brokers contact something... It is extremely frustrating they pride themselves on the return policy...
