I bought a flat screen from best but and they sold me geek squad insurance, and after 8 months i still was waiting for geek squad to come and fix it from day one they even emailed me and asked me about there service and no one has even took the time to get back to me. There was 3 appointments set up, i took off work and waited all 3 times for a no show, no call no nothing, so i went to best buy, and they were very nice and called from there for me, once more a date was set up, only for a no show no call, i canceled the insurance and told best buy i was going to bring the flat screen back they told me they didnt want it, so i threw the thing out cause if no one GEEK SQUADE wont fix it the other plase didnt want it what good was it to me till this day i still have not heard from geek squade insurance, to me this is VERY VERY POOR. If you have things insured do threw a differnt sourse, im sure you will be much happer.
