This company offers an assemble electronic products at home. It cost you a non-refundable fee of $250 to join. When you get signed up, you are sent a kit and a working model to assemble, but when you assemble your kit, IT WILL NOT WORK, even though you assemble it exactly like the sample.
The company does not give you any names or phone numbers to contact. You are told to follow something they call the Golden Rules which are very confusing, have a lot of double talk in them.
When you write the company, they do not acknowledge receiving your letters, or they will not respond to your letters. If you threaten to take any legal action against them or sent them a nasty letter, they respond by ALWAYS refering to their Golden Rules.
This company does not want you to send them any form of registered or certified mail. I wonder why?
When we sent in our assembled kit, we never heard from them, even though they tell you to send it in for evaluation so a report can be sent back to you to inform you of what you did wrong and what you need to do to correct the problem.
You are told to request another kit, but your request goes unanswered. You wait and wait and wait, but you never hear from them again.
Out of fustration, you might send them a nasty letter, which is what they want you to do, so they can cancel your membership due to your nasty letter. Or they simply say you have given up and become inactive.
There are over a dozen complaints reported to the BBB on the company, all unfavorable.
The company is owned by a Mr. Erwin Koltay. He has had several companies in the past doing the same thing.in my opinion, when the heat gets to hard for Mr. Koltay, he simply folds up and restarts the company under a different.
If anybody has had the same experience that I have had with 00International, please report it to this web site.
I am considering starting a class action law suit against 00International, so anyone who got ripped off from this company, report it here.
