I bought a front-loading samsung machine and dryer in November from lowes and by may 25th the machine has ceased functioning. First the doorway secured and would not uncover therefore my washing was caught and soured. Today it's totally useless and contains been thirty days and 2 defeated support calls without any great replacement pieces. I've created numerous calls and talked with ground administrators and that I obtain the same tale that the correct paper-work should be completed to obtain me an upgraded machine after which I'm still not assured an upgraded simply because they might not agree it!!! I've been likely to the laundry mat to get a month with 10 masses per week which is obtaining expensive and samsung might care less. I'm truly at my wits end.
