I purchased a Samsung front loader washer and dryer in October. I had 2 issues with my dryer and they replaced it without blinking an eye. Now my washer is giving me problems. I had 1 previous complaint about my washer and this is the 2nd. These units are not even 3 years old. My old washer & dryer, top loader, lasted me almost 10 years. We spent the extra money for front loaders but that was a BIG mistake. I called the customer complaint center and they said that there is nothing they can do, the units are 2 old. They gave me the email address for Samsung Corporate which I sent them an email. Do I think they will reply, NO. I will post on facebook and twitter about Samsung products.
