They charged me 74.97 for 3 bluetooths and they were defective. I sent them back for a refund or exchange in April and never heard back from them ripoff

I bought 3 bluetooths online and all 3 were defective. They said if I returned them they would either refund me $74.97 or exchange them. They were delivered back to them on April 6 and I have never received neither the refund or exchange. There is no way to contact these people
