Ought item for $150 ; two weeks later, after using four times, stem fell out/would not fit again; smaller stem also defective; returned for exchange but instead co. Decided to "fix it", which isn't working out. This co. Sells defective products/isn't willing to really satisfy its customers, w. Proper exchange/refund.
