On 12/16/02 i dropped my "the works" from swb and ordered a wireles phone w/promise of delivery in 2-4 day w / $14.99 freight charges
After 48 calls to swb and cingular wireless as of 12/28/02 still no wireless phone
Swb blames cingular/cingular blames swb/still no phone or tracking number
Christopher adams of cingular advised this has happened to many customers and he has had numerous complaints about this service
12/28/02 still no tracking number nor wireless phone
Can you help me to resolve this matter?
Swb still wants to charge me $14.99 for delivery/i deserve some kind of compensation for swb incompentency
When i asked abby @ swb for a supervisor she advised that all supervisors were on vacation for the holidays. Do you believe this? I don't
