Ripoff did not honor performance service plan properly

I bought a 50inch panasonic tv that required 4 repairs, they have the lemon law in place which does state due to technology changes they have the right to offer a tv with the same technology at a lesser price. Well this paticular store said I have a cap of 1400.00 on a 2800.00 tv they have no chart to say what a tv value is just something they came up with when they rang up the new tv it was priced at 1799.99 but they took ove 1/2 hour to ring it up and the price tag was 2500.00 so it looks like they did an even exchange at corperate office I went to another store and they told me they should have done an even exchange as well as another employee at te newington store was from a 3rd store told me they did it that way in manchester store becareful of service plans not to add there was a class action law suite for thr panasonic tv you can no longer buy the one I bought so how do you put a value on that
