Last year I ordered a cell phone Prada for $500 from them. Bought it via Ebay. Paied it via PayPal... The money was charged. Its like for months from that time. I have nothing. I wrote them many emails on many addresses I found. Than I also started sending like 100 emails at a time to make it visible at their screens... Just got the systems message, that it was read... I contacted the Ebay but they told me, it's too late... I started the mediation through the SquareTrade as Ebay suggested me. They charged me for $30 and closed the case after some two weeks... I keep sending tons of emails to cellpoint, it costs nothing... The only address I guess somebody read is [email protected]
Be very carefull at Ebay, cause you never know, what a PowerSeller means...
