I first began searching for a new cell phone company in August and that's when I decided to go with Helio. I purchased the products from Helio via telephone but I decided to cancel that contract because Alltel had a better deal. I cancelled Helio at the end of August and it is now the 7th of November and I still haven't recieved a refund.
I have called and checked if I was even in the system for a refund and the customer service representives state that I should recieve a refund by the first of December. This is profoundly unexceptable. Each representive have told me something different in regards to my account and refund pertaining to the tracking number and order number. I am complete unsatisfied with how Helio has handled my account and the lack of promptness with my refund.
