Complete Wireless Helio
Never gave me a refund for a phone that I returned to the store, Helio unwilling to help

I returned a phone to Complete Wireless at the Block in Orange and cancelled my service within the month that is allowed to try out the service. They gave me a receipt and told me I would receive a refund in the mail from Helio. A month or two later, when I didn't receive my refund and went back to the store but they were out of business.

I called Helio and asked them why my refund had not been sent to me and after calling about 5 times and being on the phone with them 45 minutes each time, they said they could not refund my money and referred me to the fraud department. I did contact the fraud department but no one has returned my call yet.
