Helio Firm, Refuses to support customers needs, employees no nothing of product. Company also withdrew money multiple times after repeatedly promising it would not happen again. Once asked to put funds back in account they refused, first saying that they could only credit me, then saying they had no idea what I was talking about. After all was said and done, they refused to refund my money and said that I owed them the additional money. Even after agreeing that they had no permission to withdrawl the funds, and agreeing that the withdrawls made no since and it weas an obvious mistake, they still refused to refund.
