I cancelled my phone on 9 within the 30 days. A month later I get charged a monthly fee by helio. They said I never cancelled. I finally resolved that problem, but to this day I still get a bill saying I owe $0 dollars, but I have not received a refund for the service that I was overcharged.
Do not buy a helio... Customer service cannot help... Its the company. The reps try their best but the company is not sending refunds... Can we file a class action against them.
