Kyle Craw ordered an engine over $400.00 and it never was recieved

In March ordred online an engine for over $400 from Helio Motorized Bicyle. The engine was never deliverd.
There were muliple emails assuring it was being sent out or just got into customs. Now the email and phone number are invalid.
