I purchased two Motorola Razr phones on 10/14/05 for $280. These were advertised as free after rebate with a two year contract.

I sent in my rebate forms when required (between 180 - 210 days after activation). The USPS postal service shows that they were received by the rebate processing center on 05/05/06. I have received notification about receipt of my rebates via e-mail on 05/18/06.

My rebate forms state that I will receive a check within 10-12 weeks of your receipt of my rebate request. Since they received my rebates on 05/05/06, I should have received my rebates no later than 08/05/06.

I neither received my rebate checks nor was able to receive any kind of information regarding my rebates.in the mean time, the websites have changed, contact information has changed, but I am not able to reach anyone.

I sent them (to multiple contact e-mail addresses that I could find on the net) e-mails stating that I intend to file a lawsuit unless I receive my checks by 9/30/06.

We will see!
