On 4/17/05 I purchased 5 Lexmark E232 Laser printers, which has $80 cash back rebate on each. I filed my rebate on 4/19/05. On July 11 or 12 I realized that the rebates never came so I sent an email regarding the rebate. On July 14th I received the reply, which states that the mail in rebates were not received and I need to resubmitted by mail or fax. So, I faxed the copies of all of my rebate forms and receipts. On August 3rd there was still no update so I called the rebate center but they told me the promotion has been closed and theres nothing they can do about it. But I have never received anything from them saying that they did not receive the fax not even an email.
