On 8-15-05 I order 2 cell phones from Wirefly InPhonic Inc. (888-947-3359) with mail-in rebates of $100.00 EACH. On 10-25-05 I Mailed the completed forms with other information, copies etc..,
They received them on 11-14-05 according to their automated phone messages (866-800 4303). And on 11-16-05 was posted on their web page (www.cellphonerebates.com).
According to the rebate form, I should receive the checks with in 10 weeks. That put the date on 1-25-06. I got No Checks. So I waited almost 4 more weeks No Checks, on 2-20-06 3:40PM Texas time, I called the phone # listed above, talk to Rose Mary at customer service, she said there is no error on the rebate forms what so ever I should get the Checks with in a week. A week pass and no checks.
On 2-27-06 1:00PM Texas time I called again, Talk to Lori at customer service she said my rebate forms been in validation period she couldn't give time limit, so I asked to talk to supervisor, the line went dead. I am getting the run around.
