Bought a Motorola RAZR cell phone from TigerWireless. Service Plan Cingular.
Promised free phone after $310 rebate. One rebate for $110, one for $100 and one for $100. Rebate forms must be postmarked between 180-210 days after activation. All in seperate envelopes. I sumitted all rebate forms and all documents required in their time frame.
Over a month later I inquired about my rebate on their web site, and I was told they were not in the system yet.inquired again, and was told they were being processed.
Inquired again and was told I did not include in my envelopes a valid bill for the phone. They are saying in the three seperate envelopes I sent them I left out a copy of the bill in each one. Which was a lie. I checked, my mother checked and my father check all envelopes before they were sealed.
They asked me to fax them the bill and the rebate forms which I did. They never emailed me to let me know they received the fax.
I inquired again, and now they say again, my rebates were being processed. I inquired again and now I was told one of my rebates was not recieved in the time frame of 180-210 days. I was at 229 days, another lie.
They told me if I only sent my forms by certified they would be able to help me. I could prove when I mailed them out. No where on the Rebate Form does it say to mail these three rebate by certified mail.
I have sent many many emails and this company refused to help me in any way. I get the same answers over and over again. No matter what you send them they refuse to listen. They keep saying my rebate was not received in the allotted time, and I am being denied one rebate for $100. I tell them all three were mailed at the same time, but they refused to believe me.
I asked if I was to receive the other two rebates of $110 and $100 I am entitled to and I get no answer.
This has been going on since December.
So now I don't know if I am going to get any of the rebates due to me.
