I was an old AT&T customer who had to switch to Cingular. I really had no troubles until I receieved my June bill for $500. I called and said there must be a mistake. The service rep explained that I had gone over my minutes by x number and that I was charged for those minutes. I went over my bill with a fine tooth comb and it showed that I was being billed for calling myself. I called again to have this explained and was told it was international calls. I know I have not called anyone oversee's. I dont know anyone oversees.

So I explained that there was no way I could pay a $500 bill. She stated that we could make payment arrangments but that my service would be shut off for such a high balance. I asked that I be given some time to figure the situation out. When I called back I had to re-explain the situation to an customer service agent who explained that the calls to myself were actually blocked calls from people. Hmmm different answer and my restricted numbers show up for some of the people... I again reintereated that I could not pay a $500 bill and my service would have to be terminated.

Today ER solutions a collection agency called my dads house asking questions about my husband and myself. I called them back and they were absolutly rude. I explained that I didnt feel comfortable paying for a bill that the company couldnt explain legitimatly to me.

I would love to help with a class action law suit against this company...
