I have been a customer with Cingular for only 3 months, and I can't explain how frustating it is to have a contract with THIEVES. My problem now is that the bill ending today 11/10 according to them I went over. I have a plan 450 anytime minutes plus had 281 rollover minutes. I did not only used all my minutes I went over 256 min so I only dont have my rollover min, but I owe a lot of money. I called today to find out what happened what was going on with my bill. They said that if it showed there I used the minutes. They are horrible no help at all. Horrible service, they will take every cent they can from you. I am very upset I wish I could cancel the service.
