I purchased a phone through Capital One using T. Mobile as my provider with the understanding of a 120.00 customer appreciation rebate. With following all the guidelines as required, I was informed that my rebate was being processed and it would take 8-10 weeks before receiving my rebate check. After numerous attemts, still no rebate check. My activation date was October 20. It'snow May. So add me to the list of fraudulent advertisement for too good to be true rebate offers.
Let me clarify that I have received my rebate check that is offered from the wireless provider (T. Mobile) T. Mobile has honored their rebate offers. It was the Capital One wireless store using wirefly as the dealer, that has not honored their rebate offer.
