I am not sure if anyone experience this with this company. I purchased a camera for a trip I was about to take. I bought the camera 2 days before leaving. They gave me approval for the purchase through their "Best Buy" purchase card. The plan called for a 12 month "interest free" payment. My vacation was for 15 days. As soon as I returned, low and behold, I owed them $29.00 in late fees and it wasn't even 18 days after the purchase!!! Needless to say, I paid the remaining balance and let them have my opinion of their 12 month "interest fee" payment plan. I cancelled the card immediately after they confirmed that they got the payment in full of the remaining balance and I would never, ever buy a thing from these people again.
