I'm being ripped-off On 11/23, The day before Thanksgiving. I was in the middle of fixing stuff for Thanksgiving. The UPS deliverd a box I didn't have time to mess with it at this time. So I put it in the corner of my bedroom. Then 11/26/05 I open the box and in it was a Sprint LG cellular phone.
I called Sprint to let them know that I did not order or want this Phone. I was told IT'S a free phone why wouldn't you want it? I forgot about it then for about a week later I recived a billing statement of $65.43 so I opened it again and took it to a Sprint Dealer in my home town. The lady at the sprint store looked over my paper work that came with the phone. Service and plan Informaation. The plan I was on and that the screen on the Phone was defective. She also told me that the Phone was already activated and it would cost me $150.00 Dollars to deactivate the phone I didn't order it in the Frist place.
So I decided to keep the phone if they would fix or replace the phone. Now mind you I have been running all over Gods Creation for the past two weeks in this area trying to get this Phone fixed.
All I get from these people is the run-around, pass the Buck, I'm not responsible that it was an on line servey from In-Phonics, that gave us a 1-888 number that was disconnected. Then they gave us a LG. Mfg. Number to deactivate the phone to send it back to them so they can fix it while we sit here with no phone and being charged to deactivate the stupid thing.
In the first place a ten year old filled out the servey and sent it. So how is that for getting Ripped-Off by mistake if that don't beat all, and all we wanted to do is get the phone fixed after getting screwed into keeping the thing. Really Feeling Ripped!!!
