In network scam! Ripoff

I am paying $5 a month for the IN network but still getting charged 1 minute to send or get a picture message. It is not in my contract and they told me that it is a problem and tried to give me 100 shut up minutes! I want my contract as it is! They said that eveyone is but we are the first to complain!
