We were trying to get some help with some bills that we were behind on. My husband was laid off at the time and I was working only part time. We paid $19.95 to Federal Funding Programs thru Goldstar Media. This was really a sacrifice to us at the time. They sent us a reference number letting us know they had received our payment. We waited, but no response. We tried to e-mail them again to no avail. I hope my report will help stop this scam on people who really need help.
