Verizon Wireless
Ripoff This is not customer service, but rather customer disservice

I have been with Verizon Wireless for 7 years (since they were Primeco). I can't say I have ever been very unhappy with them until now. I have seen the ads for in network calling and like an a* I assumed that would include me because my plan is over 39.99 a month.

Well, it didn't and I can assume that it must note that you have to renew with another plan in order to be In network even though my bill states that I have Group unlimited IN NETWORK FL. I have been informed that the network I have is only my husband and I. They informed me that they could not resolve anything from a past bill unless I sign an additional 1 year contract for the UnLIMITED plan. As far as I am concerned I have the Unlimited in network plan accoriding to my statements.

They are not willing to help me because I do not want to continue my service after 7 years of paying them faithfully. This is not customer service, but rather customer disservice. I was also supposed to recieve 100 bonus minutes for paying on line. Those minutes expired and were never applied to my account. Why? No one knows but they will give me 500 minutes toward my future bills to remedy this situation. I don't want them later I want them applied to my $400 plus bill that they refuse to credit.

What happened to customer service? Maybe I am naive but I assumed that when you are given a credit or when you are INNETWORK then that is what it means, but I guess you have to buy what you are entitled to over & over & over again. Once is not enough!
