Opened a cingular wireless, text message. {your free ringtone is avail for download now.} Opened could not download anything. Free or otherwise. Suddenly $2.99 charged to my cingular cell bill started 4/24/05 to present. Cingular has a way to challange bill but will reject more than two. These guys send about one or two a week. Even if you delete the message they still bill for it.
Have contacted m_Qube and cingular wireless as well as FCC.
Will follow up on this fraud when I Hear back from FCC.
It shows that they have done several IPO's may contact SEC.
