I Bought a hewlett packard PC. Shortly after my dvd rom went bad. Called hp. They shipped out a replacement. It didn't work. Called again got another dvd rom. It was ok. They wanted old drives returned. So I called to see if it was ok to ship both in one carton. The foreign person at hp I talk to said that it would be ok. I boxed them together shipped in a prelabled carton by fed x.
The next thing I know I am being billed on my visa for a dvd drive that I returned.
I called hp. They had one of there reps call me I explained what happened. It was like talking to a door. The Case workers were very very rude ect. They said I didn't ship both in one carton. PS (I even called to see if it were ok to do so) PS (They said they have no Log of that call) DON'T THEY CHECK THIER RETURNS? Why would i want to keep broken parts any how? Plus be charged for them? I hope this letter helps someone.
