Hewlett packard refuses to give me credit on returned computer try out, disk always full technician said return them so i did also the last one was shooting sparks it was called the slimline. Bank of america says pay over 1500.00 computer were purchased on line. I returned all i owe them but, hp says they refuse to give me the credit i owe, therefore bank of america says pay up, for what, i do not have any of their mdse. Please help, this is the first time this ever happened to me.
