Ripoff-rebate scam-never received -claimed they never received the "original"rebate form -then they dated their missive 3 weeks before mailing it!

Went to Outlet Tmobile on Sawdust Road, Spring
Spoke to Armando who advised that they couldn't access my account discount if I wanted to purchase Motorola V300 phone He gave me Tmobile backline phone number and said I would have to purchase phone online Or via phone

Called Victoria (rep ID 1049401) at Tmobile She quoted 199.99 less $100 rebate, then looked in system and found the MV300 was backordered She advised that she didn't know why the store said they couldn't pull up my discount and she said I would be able to go back to the Outlet store and purchase the phone for $199 less $100 mail in rebate and said she would enter notes in the system stating the same

Went back to Outlet Tmobile on Sawdust Road, Spring
Spoke to Laura who said they couldn't honor anything offered by Tmobile central and said the price of the phone if I bought it at that location would be $219.99 w/1 yr contract or $279.99 w/no contract, but that there would be no rebate

Went back home and called Tmobile again Spoke to Brandon (rep ID 3828288) and explained the ordeal He consulted w/supervisor and informed me that I could purchase the phone for $199.99 w/1 yr contract from date of call w/$100 rebate (since that's what was quoted by Victoria) previously Brandon sent email to his supervisor who issued order # 85934634. Brandon then quoted flwg charges to be billed to my account for purchase of the Motorola V300 phone:
$199.99 cost of phone
$ 15.00 shipping via DHL
$ 14.50 sales tax
$239.49 total to be billed to acct
$100.00 less mail in rebate
$139.49 net after rebate
NOTE: Plan to stay the same @$49.99/mo

Finally received the phone in the mail-IMMEDIATELY, returned all the required documents, including the original rebate form included in the box the phone came in, along with all the labels which were cut from the box and the shipping label-made copies of all before sending to the rebate center (habit)... Checked every week on their website to see rebate status which always said, "no rebate form on file"... Blah. Blah. Blah. Then, on 4/3, received a letter dated March 21 (and they show a tracking number) which said they never received my "original rebate form"...

Sent the entire thing back to the place listed on this "letter" and they returned it with a bunch of big black stamps on it (as if they aren't located at the address they said to send the stuff to the 2nd time)... What frauds~!
