Rebate Not Told me will get rebate 6 to 8 wk instead said I need to add 14.99 plan then letter came in mail said 39.95 plan

Went to Mobile got on a family plan had two lines. Phone came with rebate offers 50.00 each so two makes 100.00 Send off all of thefroms, I then check the rebate site for the stays of rebate and then it said on march 3 you will get your rebate, then two weeks later it said on the Th of march then it said you don't qualify for rebate unless your on the 14.99 plan and I only had the 9.99 plan but the Mobile store did'nt tell me I needed the 14.99 plan 9.99 is OK for the rebate. I then got a letter from the rebate center saying I needed the 39.00 dollar plan. OK what plan do I really need to get the rebate offer? The Mobile stores will lie to you just so you can spend your money with them. I am unhappy with Mobile. They are liars and big ripoffs never again will I give them one penny
