Contacted t mobile website on rebate status after 18 weeks no infomation found called tmobile customer service switched to rebate center state no rebate found switched back to tmobile customer care they state entitled for rebates and confirm rebate was filed. Tmobile themselves went above and beyond to adjust my bill to compensate. Young america still denies any rebate info recieved. If buying a phone throught tmobile direct advise them that young america is a ripoff and request rebate to be applied from them and save the headache
