Never sent rebate checks Albuquerque New Mexico

In February I purchased two Samsung S105 phones. They were runnung a campaign that there was a $50 rebate per phone. I sent in all documantation: bar code from boxes, copy of service agreement and rebate form. T-Mobile claims they have no record of the rebate request. They did the same thing to my friend who made the same purchase at the same store and date as I did.
