We placed an on-line order on June 28 for a GPS unit to be used for an upcoming trip (the end of July 04). Our credit card was promptly charged $768.39.
On July 15 we were informed via a phone my husband placed to the company that they could not ship the item in time for us to bring on our trip. We notified them that we had to cancel the order, but we never received a credit to our VISA for the total of $768.39.
