Dell Computers
Theft from checking account Dallas Texas

I emailed Dell to find out what type of ethernet card I have; they then took $30 from my checking account, without my approval or authorization.in addition, I have never had contact with Computer Services and Dell must have given them my checking account number-which I used to purchase my computer originally.

Because I am on Social Security Disability, the timing in staling this money left me overdrawn in my checking account, and the bank has charged an accunulation of $96-in addition to the original $30 stolen. I have had multiple telephone and email contacts with "customer services" but none was able to rectify the problem. Eventually they promised to return a total of $62 to my checking account and all admitted the money should not have been removed from my account in the first place. TWICE now they have "accidentally cancelled" the replacement of these funds in my account.

I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission; the Bank is conducting an investigation-but Dell does not care. Not at all. Apparently, they can sell computers and steal money from accounts, and never have to worry others will find out. I will pursue criminal charges-but realize this will be an uphill battle. STAY AWAY FROM DELL!!!
