April 28, I asked for an print out of my bank statement and discovered I had been charged for services I wasn't aware of. These charges began in March of when I placed an order on-line with Chadwick's catalog. The order was cancelled the following business day by the company because the item was out of season. I was never notified by Chadwick's until my order was not received by expected delivery date, which was 3/10/04.3/11/04 I notified Chadwick's and was told the order was never processed, it was cancelled the next day (February).
I discovered that when you place an order with Chadwick's, you are offered a rewards coupon upon completion of your credit card information. Reservation rewards automatically charges your card a fee ($9.00) per month without prior knowledge.in my case I used a bank debit card, so, the charges have been charged to my checking account. Also, my statement shows $21.57, charged to my acount plus the additional $9.00 per month for March and April. This is ridiculous!!!
