My husband and I had ordered from Acai and cancelled within the time allowed to cancel. Then we find a charge for $24.95 from Vit Live Lean on our credit card statements. (We each have our own credit cards.) We did not order from them.
These charges are from June 23 and again July 23. It amounts to a total of $49.90 for each of us. We have phoned to no avail. They act as though they do not know what we are talking about.
These people really know how to act dumb. We would like to have the $49.90 refunded to each of us and them to destroy our credit card information. It is not right that we should have to cancel these credit card accounts and order new credit cards because of these scams.
Help if you can.
