My husband received 3 DVDs (2 in one shipment) and 1 in another shipment. He told me that he did not order these DVDs. When I received my Credit Card Statement I noticed that my account was charged for these 2 shipments of DVDs. We are returning all 3 DVDs and requesting my account be credited for the amount charged. We have also requested that no more DVDs be sent to us. After reading the other complaints I am not sure we will see any money back in my account or that the shipments will stop.
My complaint is: Merchandise sent without authorization or an order and being charged to my credit card without my authorization.
