Bad customer service and product

Conns is the worst place to do business. The furniture I bought fell apart in only 3 weeks and it took a long month and a half for them to at least come in get it! Now they're chagrin me a delivery fee when I don't even have it anymore!!! Worst service I have ever had!!!
